CONDITIONS OF BOOKING (Common sense and reasonable requests) That:- You must stay until the advertised close of the fair. You do not sell anything in the authorised car parking areas. You exhibit no reproduction, nothing new, no rubbish and no collectables made during the past 10 years. Your stand rental includes two admission passes only. You don’t bring extra tables, obstruct the gangways or damage the venue furniture and fittings. If you sell something which turns out not to be as described, that you will refund the money. You set up your stall by the advertised opening time. You don’t bring dogs or any other livestock into the building. You put your car pass in the windscreen. You be courteous to our stewards, life’s too short and we all have to make a living. You check your tables are erected properly and that your display is secure and safe. We can’t get insurance cover for collapsing tables. There are always spare tables available. The organisers word is final in all decisions. You will be solely responsible for all of your goods and equipment of whatsoever description upon any part of the premises.The organiser shall not be liable or responsible for and the exhibitor shall make no claim against the organiser in this respect of any loss or damage howsoever caused to any such goods, or any accidents arising from any such equipment or goods. (Phew! Legal bit over.) New Cancellation Policy:- Cancellations by letter (and including your returned tickets!), • up to one calendar month before the fair fully refunded; • up to 14 days before the fair, £10 charged for admin. costs; • within 14 days – no refund.
